Returns- Accessories  

If you are not satisfied with your Accessory
Product (other than exceptions such as
firearms, electronic devices, optics etc.),
you may return it within 10 days for a full
refund, less shipping costs (and fees) and
restocking fees (20% minimum restocking
fee*). Item must be unused and in 100%
original condition with all labels and papers
intact.

You must have a 'Return Authorization
Number' (RMA) before returning the item.

*Restocking fees: You will be charged for
restocking fees if the item has been
opened, if paper or instructions are
missing, if the packaging has been
damaged, if any parts are missing, if the
product has been marked or scratched or
has any signs of use. The minimum
re-stock charge is 20% of the total, and may
be more than 20% if warranted.

Left Handed Items are special order items,
and are not returnable. Left Handed Orders
May Not Be Cancelled.
Returns- Electronic Devices & Hearing
Protectors
 


Electronic Devices, Hearing Protectors, Lasers,
Rangefinders, Lights and other electronic devices
are covered by the manufacturer, and must be
returned to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement.

No refunds or returns are accepted. We only carry
Electronic Devices that are covered under
warranty by a reputable manufacturer.
Please consult your owner’s manual for warranty
information, or call us for instructions.  
Price Changes  

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will
attempt to contact you if prices change, before we ship. This
applies to all items, including special orders and backorders.
Due to the special nature of some items, exact prices are not
known until delivery is made to us.
We reserve all rights of final pricing.
Many items with a long leadtime may change in price over time,
there is no guarantee that we will be able to ship at the ordered
price if the manufacturer changes the price to us, although we
do strive to keep your price the same.
Southern-Ammo Errors

Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered,
Impact will either replace the product or give you a full refund if
returned within 10 days of receipt. Impact cannot replace
products that have been used, unless they are covered under
the manufacturer's warranty, you will send these items directly
to the manufacturer for replacement.
Note: We do not accept refunds on scopes, binoculars,
flashlights, software, DVD’s or hearing protectors.
Special Order Items may not be returned  
Firearm Orders

Firearm Orders are Non-Returnable.


Manufacturer Warranty & Service: Damaged or
Faulty Firearms Must Be Sent Directly to the
Manufacturer for repair or adjustment.

We will not ship firearms directly to you. They
will be sent to your local FFL (Federal Firearms
License) Dealer, who will then perform any
background checks and paperwork required in
your state/locality. We have a large database of
dealers in the US that we can refer you to. We
do not ship firearms to non-FFL holders. This is
federal law. It is your responsibility to contact
the FFL Dealer to make sure of their policies,
procedures, and any applicable fees they might
charge.

Nearly all dealers will accept a transfer for you.
They will perform all the required background
checks and paperwork for your area, and
charge a transfer fee of around $25.00 - $50.00.
If we already have your dealer's license (FFL)
on file, there is no need to resend it with each
order.

Please note, as of 2/1/05 it is now legal for us to
accept a faxed or scanned e-mail copy of your
dealer's signed license! This is much faster than
mailing it.  For Firearm Purchases Please e-mail
scanned copies of FFL to:

It is important to make sure that your name or
order number is with the dealer's license so that
we know to apply it to your order.

Shipping & Handling


We will normally ship to you within 3-5 days unless an item is out of stock. You may email our Sales Department
at sales@southern-ammo.com for approximate lead times. Please note that all lead time are estimates. Please
also note that some items are unique, hard to obtain, or one-of-a-kind, so Impact reserves the right to cancel
your order should an item not be available to ship.
Note, we do not guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact (damaged goods are reported to the carrier).
We do insure the contents against loss and damage.
We will not charge your credit card until your product ships, except for certain special orders.
We normally will ship FedEx Ground and US POSTAL. If you need faster shipment, we can ship 2nd Day or Next
Day for an extra charge. Alaska and Hawaii residents- your order MUST ship 2nd day or faster. Products that
have free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

NOTE: We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially
during sales and after weekends, we may not get your order shipped in the time specified. Please rest assured
that we will ship your item as soon as we can.
